How do I skip a subscription order?
To skip an order, simply login to your Vital Plan account, click the subscription you wish to skip and then click "Manage Subscription". Next click "Skip" or "Reschedule" to adjust your shipment to a specific date.
How do I modify a subscription order?
To modify an order, simply login to your Vital Plan account, click the subscription you wish to modify or click "View Upcoming Orders" and then click "Edit" to change the selected products and quantities.
How do I cancel a subscription order?
To cancel an order, simply login to your Vital Plan account, click the subscription you wish to cancel and then click "Manage Subscription". Next scroll down to select "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the page.
How do I update my subscription payment information?
To update your subscription payment information, simply login to your Vital Plan account, click "Address and Payment Details" then click "Manage Payment Methods".
How do I update my billing or shipping address information?
To update your billing or shipping address information, simply login to your Vital Plan account, click "Address and Payment Details" then click "Manage Addresses" to edit or add a new address to your profile.
