Take 2 dropperfuls twice daily, as needed, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

While this tincture can be taken directly, we recommend mixing it with ¼ cup of water to help dilute the strong taste and prevent potential irritation of the mouth tissues from repeated use.

A dropperful is the amount of liquid that fills the glass tube when you squeeze and release the bulb of the dropper. Note that the liquid may only fill the tube partially. For Biome Boost, one dropperful is approximately 1 mL or 30-40 drops.

This product can be used for both long-term and intermittent immune support.
