Is chlorella safe for children?Updated 6 months ago

There is limited research on the long-term use of chlorella in children. While it is a nutrient-dense superfood widely used by children in Japan, most experts believe it is safe and beneficial. However, we always recommend consulting with your child's healthcare provider before adding chlorella to their daily routine. Start with small doses and adjust based on your child's weight. A typical dose for a 40-lb child is around 1 gram per day, or four 250 mg tablets.
